In an endeavour to satisfy our customers’ requirements, we have found it necessary to invest in all forms of turning, milling and auxiliary equipment; we have the expertise to produce almost any machined component that may be required by local industry.

AUTOMATIC TURNING DIVISION

To handle medium to high volumes of small turned components; we utilize a group of automatic machines. They range from small Traub cam auto’s with a 25 m/m capacity, cams with a 50 m/m bar feed facility.

C.N.C TURNING AND MILLING DIVISION

For complex turned or milled components, we comprehensively utilize-
“MASTERCAM” programming. We assist with design and other technical problems relating to manufacturing components.

We employ three C.N.C lathes (the largest of these has a turning capacity of 300 m/m Dia. and 750 m/m between centres) and Three vertical C.N.C machining centers with a 1500mm x 650 travel.
